Our Team

Hi, my name is Adam Sloan. I've served faithfully in the ministry for over 15 years and have been blessed with a wonderful family. My wife is Nicole and we have a wonderful son named Gabriel. God brought us here to Big Creek in January of 2023 after serving for 10 incredible years as Pastor at Union Baptist Church in Bay Springs. Since we have been here, we have been accepted and loved tremendously by the great people at Big Creek.

Over the years, God has consistently reminded me of I Corinthians 2:2 where Paul expresses his devotion to the gospel and the gospel alone. Our Vision, much like the phrase "All hands on deck!" is "All Eyes on Christ". In Christ alone, we find our glory, our strength, our refuge, our hiding place. We want to always direct people to Christ, the source of all life and truth.

Outside of ministry, I enjoy reading, camping, and spending movie night with my family. I love good food and good company! Come on down to Big Creek and taste and see that the Lord is good! God bless.
